Idiáquez Palace
It is one of the oldest plots of land in Tolosa. The facade of Plaza Vieja is made from stone, and still bears its original coat of arms.
The facade that overlooks the river is built on the old wall. This baroque palace was turned into the Casino of Tolosa. It is currently a private gastronomic society.
This plot was the birthplace of Alonso Idiáquez, personal secretary to Charles V. It was the place of residence of his relative, the writer of fables Félix Samaniego, mayor of Tolosa in 1775.
