Santa Clara Convent
After crossing the Navarre Bridge, you see the cloistered convent of Santa Clara, a large building that dates back to 1666.
Its church, in a baroque style, is very well-known for its exceptional acoustics. During the Tolosa Choir Competition there are a lot of requests from choirs to sing there.
It was a military hospital during the Peninsular War and during the Carlist wars. Bodies from soldiers buried during that period were found in its surrounding area.
