Ibarra chillies are characterised by their yellowish green colour, thin skin, soft flesh and mild flavour.

They are long and have a pointed end.

Ibarra chillies with the Eusko Label are a variety of local chilli, that is produced and mainly packaged in Gpuzkoa. They are packaged in white wine viNegar that is not very acidic and with little salt.
