This is a drink made from apple, which is attained by fermenting apple juice and it has a low percentage of alcohol (between 3º and 8º).

The cider season takes place annually, and the new harvests can be poured from the barrel from midway through January until the end of April.

Tolosa has always maintained a very close relationship with cider, in fact, at the start of the 20th century there were 28 cider houses in the town.
